![]() ![]() I think for any version, or any editing software like DiVinci, the most difficult part for beginner is learning the concepts like the timeline, the sequence, the adjustment panel or layer. ![]() I don't agree that the Pro version is NOT as beginner friendly. I've never used the Element so I don't know what it has compared to the Pro version. I agree that the Pro version probably has more features. If you think you'll be doing stuff with video long term, you might as well learn pro software now you can start with the free version of Davinci Resolve. ![]() I switched from Final Cut to Premiere Pro to Davinci Resolve, yes I had to learn new things, but making the switch wasn't that hard. I'm going to go against the grain and recommend you learn more pro oriented software pro video editing software will all function pretty similarly and switching from one to another won't be very difficult. Premiere Elements would probably be a little more beginner friendly than Premiere Pro, but I haven't used it myself.Īny software you get should come with a manual, and there's generally a plethora of tutorials online for any kind of software.
